I already found the installation manual vor CAELinux 2007 but when can we expect the iso download?

Hi,

it will be released as soon as the download mirror is ready: The distro will be hosted on a new \"high-end\" server; I am just waiting for it to be setup and running to release the new version.

In the mean time, if you order a DVD copy from the \"CAELinux 3b\" page, I will automatically ship the CAELinux 2007 release instead. So if you want to get a copy before the official release, this could be a solution.

(Please note that I do not want to force people to order DVDs... ;-)

Hi Joel,
I am also very waiting for this release. I heard, that the new Salome - Code-Aster - Interface is very good for an easier and more efficient handling. When will it be available?

I just seen the tutorial in Wiki using salome_meca and its pretty neat. I was looking everywhere in salome or aster if there is any release of salome with aster module, and found none.
I am so excited about this release.

Congratulation CAELinux team. You have done a great job !!!

Any news on the download? I have checked out a number of the tutorials and it all looks very good!! Wink is pretty nice for producing tutorials; will that be included in CAE 2007?

Thanks so much for doing all of this, it's really revolutionary!!
