I think that it's a good idea to translate the documentation of Code Aster and I'll try...
I'm not in good shape and I'm not an engineer in mecanical, but if you help me to understand some words....
My background in this domain is small but I have a good teacher to go fast on work!!

Your help is more than welcome !!
The documentation needs some polishing for sure and it would be of great help to work on some of the key introductory documents first. I will try to define a priority list for the polishing of the automatically translated documents. Also, if I can get all the original Word documents from Aster dev team, it would be simpler to regenerate a good page layout with equations , images etc...
Additionnally, the wiki would be a good tool to support such developments (everybody can add/edit/reorganize pages), I will try to write a dedicated section to give an initial \"structure\" to the work!
