Salomè Memory allocation Problem

Hello to all forum,

I am trying to mesh a quite simple part with Salomè. Using following mesh option:
3D - Thetraedron
2D - Triangle (Mefisto)/Lenght from edges
1D - Wire discretization/Average Lenght = 5 mm/quadratic

Model is about 300.000 nodes

Using the following options:

3D - Thetraedron
2D - Netgen 2D-1D/

Salomè gives the error: "Memory allocation problems" (see picture in attachment).

How is that possible? I have a new Intel i7 - quad core with 12 GB RAM!!
Has somebody an idea what parameter do I have to change to assign more memory

You are absolutely right Kees - I must've assumed it was Salomé-MECA. I hope the new S-Meca will be 64bit
