Salome freeze

Hi,
I am a french user and I have the same problem :

My pc is not connect to web under Linux because I have not a LAN card with RJ45 plug. I use an USB2 dongle for WIFI between my livebox Wanadoo and my PC.


Salome freeze I try to restart Salome, freeze too!

Did you configure your network interface in PcLinuxOs Control center?
are in DHCP or static address mode?
what is the hostname of your PC?

this kind of freeze is mainly due to the network configuration, but I can't tell exactly which parameter is responsible for the problem.
