Problem with commands "paraview" and "paraFoam"

Hi!

I was just working in paraview (opened with the command paraFoam) when the program crashed, I think that was due to graphical issues (I now changed the config and things worked better).

The thing is that after the incident I lost total view of the things I was doing. So I went to Ctrl Alt F1 and turn the pc off via command line. Now if I want to open paraview again, instead of recognising "paraview" with the autoocomplete stuff, it just recognises "paraview.sh" and by the way paraFoam is not recognised neither. When I run paraview.sh, as expected I have no problem with the program execution.

How can I recover these commands?
