In Salome-meca scroll down the left column and you'll see new items at the bottom of the work tree. Switch to Post-pro bench from Geometry bench pull-down. You want to search for "Resu" for results, expand that tree and one sub branch is for displacement, one is stress, one is strain (in French terms) and then you can right click on them to show different charts from section lines, color areas, displacement, etc.
