As i am doing the fatigue analysis of pressure vessel subjected to internal pressure of 8.25 MPa..
Then what will be the cyclic loading in this case.

You have to understand what you're doing, instead of looking for a packaged answer.
Since everyone have to start somewhere, have a look here:
www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=1%2Bsin%280.1*2*3.1415927*x%29
Here you can see that for 10 instances/step (INST = step = X) X=1, 2, 3...10. Y varies from 0 to 2, so your load/pressure would be 8.25MPa / 2
Or adjust the equation so it goes from 0 to 1 - I just pulled this example from a random command file.
