Hi All,

i went through what i consider an excelent contrib (in subject),
learned a lot.

then I tryed to use a shell struct with holes, but i couldnt mesh it quadrangular. only triangular (netgen 2d + wire lenght = x), and afterwords the example wont run.

does anyone knows how to go around this?

greetings
rui

Hello,

If you have not tried partitioning the plate with the hole into sections quadrangles (i.e. that have only four sides, one or more of which can be arcs) then try it after partitioning.

Partitioning is easy if you have one hole, but complexity increases with the number of holes.

Hoi Rui

Bridge has experimented a bit with partitioning to be able to use quadrangles: see
