Hi,
the first message means that there is not enought RAM allocated to Aster... and the second means that there is not enought disk space in temporary directory (/tmp normally).
The solution would be either to increase the amount of RAM dedicated to Aster but 400 Mb over 512Mb is already high. Or try to reduce the problem size by decreasing the number of nodes / use symmetries / simplify the geometry etc...
Good luck
PS: 512 Mb ram is a close to the limit to use CAELinux efficiently... but I know, upgrading can be expensive
