Contact test start but not reach convergence...

Hello to all forum,
the file that I have attached a few days ago don't reach convergence probablly because have some mesh problem.
I attached a new file (in 2 part), this file is a contact problem not so simple.
The solution start but don't reach the convergence, there is some one that can try to solve this problem and said me te parameter to use to stabilize the contact problem to reach the solution?
