E-Field

this is my first message in this forum.
I´m downloading the Linux DVD to install CAE Linux on my PC.

Do you know, if Code Aster is suitable for Electrical Field simulations ?

Ciao Daniele,
as far as I unterstand, not. There is no note about electrical field calcs in the prospect:

But there is a hint that coupling between Code-Aster and an external code named Flux2D/3D (for Electromagnetisme) is possible. May be You can ask in the Code-Aster-forum, if this code is freely available.
