Good afternoon,

Even I have couple 9 years in domain of numerical simulations, I am new with open source codes.
So, because I want to install the DVD made by CAE Linux, I am in doubt if I will upgrade to the latest version of Ubuntu, all software available on DVD will work as well as on default version.

So, somebody can help me with some suggestion referring to upgrade of latest version of Ubuntu, and also how to fix eventual error?
