I have a Windows 7 machine Dell xps8700, 64 bit with 16GB memory. I have tried the option to start CAELinux without installation. I have tried it with the USB or with the CD that I burned. In both cases it goes through the text screens verifying my equipment but it gets to --
"sd 6:0:0:02: [sdd] Attached SCSI removable disk"
and here is hangs.
This happened on the USB, and on the CD.
I had previously used the same usb to start CAELinux on my other Windows 7 machine.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hello
You might need , depending on your video card, to add optional parameters such as "nomodeset" to the kernel to be able to boot.
