Here I am, starting a new adventure in the fluid dynamic simulation work.
I learned to use StarCCM+ and other commercial soft at school but now, in the real world, I need simulation and can't afford a licence. Yet I have time and I'd like to learn how to use CAELinux, Salome, Openfoam, Code_Saturne...
Which version of CAELinux should I download to have a stable version with as few bugs as possible? CAELinux_2013? Are softwares like Salome, Openfoam, Code_Saturne, etc already installed or should I download them separately?

Take the latest. There are years between releases, so you're better off with the most recent.
Yes, the software you mention is pre-installed once you have the system up and running.
