I have installed CAELinux 2013 using LEGACY BIOS mode on a Acer Aspire ES1-512-P9GT 15.6" Laptop Computer that had windows 8.1 preinstalled in UEFI mode.
I want to use a USB mouse but the USB ports seem to be unresponsive. They are recognized but how can I turn them on?

Usb mouse is working now after I installed updates. I had 400 to install!!
