Eficas in Salome-Meca 2014.2 was created by Johan Stadler
Screenshot Eficas.jpg
I have installed (and re-installed) Salome-Meca 2014.2 on Ubuntu 14.04 in the default directory. When I try to open Eficas from the from the toolbars or the object browser. I either get the attached message or just nothing happens.

The directories in the screenshot do exist.

(Sorry, but I can not get the screen shot to attach. It is looking for 2 directories that do exist and says the eficas environmental variable must be checked)

Help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

The solution was quite easy, in case someone needs it: In the script for the desktop icon, in the exec lune, change "salome" to "runAppli"
