grub in SuSE

Hi

I have a problem on my laptop. I attemted to install CAELinux onto the HDD, but the installation stalled at the latter stages if not fnal stage. I find now that the GRUB boot loader hangs at 1.5 so that I can no longer get windows or SuSE Linux, which I hoped I could have alongside CAELinux.
This is only a matter of inconvenience for me as I can rebuild my laptop in a few hours. However, if you know a way of repairing the GRUB boot loader by modifying the BIOS or getting directly to the config or some way else, I would greatly appreciate it.

Incidentally, is it impossible to have CAELINUX installed alongside another version of Linux?

sorry to say that, but I don't know how to recover a failed \"Grub\" (I always use LILO with CAELinux..) but I am sure you could find an answer by posting your question on PClinuxOs Forums ( www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.php ).
