Virtual machine and MPI

I would like to run CAE 2011 as a virtual machine instance on a number of blades of an existing web server made available to me. I cannot do a native install since the server cannot be reconfigured. VM is the only option available to me. Does anyone have experience with this? Specifically, with setting up the MPI communication between the VM instances....

i got real machines running with mpi

main issue could be "shared_tmp" with your setup

you need to setup "hosts", ssh ands some other things

Your VM setup should work if you can get ssh communications to work in all directions
