CAELinux2010.2 CodeAster does not run was created by JMB
Hello,
I installed CAELinux2010.2 on a single core 64bit PC but lately I am unable to run any ASTK jobs. It had worked fine earlier. I get an error message:
[code:1]
Code_Aster run
<INFO> Command line 1 :
<INFO> ./asteru_mpi Python/Execution/E_SUPERV.py -eficas_path ./Python -commandes fort.1 -rep none -num_job 4163 -mode interactif -rep_outils /opt/aster101/outils -rep_mat /opt/aster101/STA10.1/materiau -rep_dex /opt/aster101/STA10.1/datg -suivi_batch -memjeveux 64.0 -tpmax 43200
mpiexec was unable to launch the specified application as it could not change to the
specified working directory:
Working directory: /tmp/user@ubuntu25-interactif.4163
Node: ubuntu21
while attempting to start process rank 0.
<INFO> Code_Aster run ended, diagnostic : NO_RESU_FILE
[/code:1]
The clue to the problem seems to be "Node: ubuntu21" which is strange, because this PC's name is "ubuntu25". But I don't know where it is getting this erroneous name from. I have looked in /etc/hosts; and "uname -a" is Okay.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Regards, JMB

Hello,
Problem solved! I updated ASTK using:
[code:1]
sudo /opt/aster101/ASTK/ASTK_SERV/bin/as_run --astk_update --nolocal
[/code:1]
That fixed part of the problem. -JMB<br /><br />Post edited by: JMB, at: 2010/12/04 02:39
