kernel panic at reboot

I everybody I installed CAElinux 3ba and everything was fine, but at first boot the system stops the charg with kernel panic error...I saw in the PClinux Forum this seems to come from lilo (www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.php?topic=4752.0), but after reinstalling lilo I had the same error message! I have a P4 3GHz 1Gb ram with windows ad Suse installed: is it possible that the Suse partition annoys CAE?

i also had this \"kernel panic\". i solved the problem by installing grub bootmanager and everything works fine.
