When can we expect CAELINUX 2020 was created by Sukumar
Dear Developer,

Can we expect a new release based on Ubuntu 20.04 any time soon? This is because, python 2 has come to its end of life and a new release based preferably on Ubuntu 20.04 would be really great.

Hello

I have just finished a new release last night ;-). I started to work on in im 2019 so it is based on XUbuntu18.04, not 20.04.
I will update the website later today but in the meantime you can download it from caelinux.sf.net

Please read the installation instruction in GettingStarted.html there.

Dear Joel,

Thanks a lot for your post and congratulations for this new release.

I tried to download it from sourceforge.net/projects/caelinux/files/', however the webpage says the following:
"Unable to find any mirror information for "/CAELINUX2020/caelinux202.iso" file. Please select another file"

So I think, I would wait till you update this website.

Sorry but I have discovered that SourceForge does not accept files larger than 5.2Gb.. and CAELinux2020 was 6.2Gb.
The issue is now solved, : the images have been split into a 3 parts 7Zip archive to bypass this limit.
I hope it will work for you now!
