How to complete the interrupted install of CAE programms from the OS itself?

I have the chipset that doesn't support usb installation, so i was forced to use live dvd to install the CAElinux 2018. At the stage of programms copying the installer faced the error due to badly burned blocks of the dvd, but has succeed with completing the installation of the rest Ubuntu 16. So I have now only some programs, not the all possible, say, I see no Elmer and Cura. I know there is a way to mount the iso file as a virtual dvd and set it up as the repo. How can be the missed programs being installed then from inside the already working CAElinux installation? And how to define what iI m missing. Any hacks are welcomed.

I tried to mount caelinux image as mounted media and add its lcoation as the repo in apt.sources with lines like that:

deb file:/home/ilya/caelinux2018_iso/ xenial main
deb-src file:/home/ilya/caelinux2018_iso/ xenial main

however, on update attempt I'm getting

and, is the CAE software like Elmer there, in deb packages or not?

when I try to install elmer through sudo apt-get install elmer I got the installation crash due to the conflicts with already existing there elmer related packages installed
