CAELinux2008.iso download

Download of CAELinux2008.iso fails repeatedly. Using the link "ftp://cae-linux:salome@caelinux.dyndns.org/distrib/caelinux2008.1/CAELinux2008.iso".
Error message is: "500 OOPS: cannot change directory: /home/FTP/EDF/CAELINUX/FTP-caelinux"
Any assistance is appreciated.

My best guess (with limited knowledge) would be permissions on the referenced directory at the ftp site.
