Otherwise, my model has a gap because I took the mid surface of my cylinder which have a thickness of 2.5mm, is there another way to model this without a gap?

with coque_3d you can add an eccentricity to the mesh plane. In your case an eccentricity of 2.5 mm could be added and placing the shell directly to the solid elements. What I did is exactly that (without eccentricity). I used the top plane in my ''head'' model of the solid that automaticly generate tria6 or quad8 elements on the surface of the solid.
Then in the command file the tria6 elements are converted to coqued_3d (shell) elements. The top has been extended outwards. The centre nodes do not cause any trouble here (apart from the post processing in paraviz, I still cannot visualise combined solids and coque_3ds easily (not even the hard way)).
Donot aks me why I called it ''head'' model. The answer would disappoint you.

So I applied your method today and it solves the problem with the central nodes but now I have singularities inside the matrix and the calculation is not converging....this problem will make me crazy
Do you think that it can be that my surfaces are two cylinders and not two plans?

do you have a single cylinder now? And the cylinder is part of the solid or are they still two seperate bodies?
Can you upload the hdf file once more (I didnot manage to rebuilt your previous model accordingly due to 'time constraints', ie lack of priorities).
