Is it possible to download the 64 bit iso file (4.3 GB) onto a 32 bit Windows 7 operating system with NTSF hard drive?

What do you mean 'download' ? It's just a file like everything else, so no problem.

You cannot however, install a 64bit operating system on a 32bit computer.

I am going to install the 2011 version on a USB drive. I use 64 bit hardware but use 32bit Win7 currently. I have a slow internet connection, I was concerned about the file size, I haven't dealt with large files in a while so I was researching that. The USB card is 16GB FAT32 format, I noticed the downloaded file size was just under the "4.3" GB limit, so I assume that copying it to the USB card is not a problem ?

I didn't see a requirement for the USB memory amount, is there one?

thanks,
steve

When you 'install' the ISO to an USB-stick, it will reformat the drive to some linux format filesystem, so no problem here.

No other requirements besides 4.3Gb< I think.
