Problems importing mesh from Saolme to OpenFoam was created by Luis Fernando Garcia
Hello Everyone!

I've tried to import a complex geometry and its mesh made in Salome to OpenFoam by using the "Simplefoam Wizard" in the same way as the video tutorial shows in "pipeOPenfoam" sample in Caelinux 2011. But during the process, the terminal on Open Foam showed me this error message:

Create time

Create mesh for time = 0

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Cannot find file "points" in directory "polyMesh" in times 0 down to constant

From function Time::findInstance(const fileName&, const word&, const IOobject::readOption, const word&)
in file db/Time/findInstance.C at line 188.

FOAM exiting

As it say on the screen, the "pints" file cannot be founded in the PolyMesh directory and it's because it wasn't created during the process, just the "boundary" file was created and I don't know the reason. So, after that, I changed the parameters chosen on the mesh process and compute it again but the same error message appears. I'm wondering if maybe any of you could help me with this problem, I'll be very grateful.

Wish you the bests.

Thank you.
