Voxel_Mesher, screenshots

Hi,
I am looking for a software that would allow me to get geometry and mesh in segmented brain.
I looked at your screenshots in the demo and I am trying to figure in which order you applied Voxel_mesher, netgen, meshlab,and itk-snap.

I usually use dicom/analyze or nifti images and segment them into spm (www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/) in analyze or nifti.
As far as I have understood Voxel_mesher will use segmented brain images. But what will be the output (format, extension) and what is the next step in order to get the geometry and the mesh?

Ok, I had a segmentation error in Voxel_Mesher, but I have installed CGAL and rerun the compile.sh and now I get .ele, .node and .face files that I use as input arguments for tetgenToFoam.

So I got at least a rough idea of how to deal with the problem now.
