mounting windows disk

Hello every body

I have a probleme when i want to mount windows disk...
i have create a mount point directory
but i have not success to mount dwindows disk
I use virtualbox and share window disk ...

mount -t vboxsf [HostOS Share Name] [Ubuntu Mount Point]

but i have error concerning vboxsf so i change in vboxfs as i see in forum but always same errors
