Tetgen meshing Capabilities

Hi All,

Is tetgen capable of meshing complex geometries by voronoi type meshing. I saw a picture but I want to be sure.
And above all, which geom formats doest it accept as import and does it export med file for salome?

Does anyone is familiar enough with tetgen to answer those questions ?
