Hi Guys
I downloaded the iso and burnt it on a dvd. I booted from the live DVD and everything wrks well uptil the splash screen and when I choose the first option, the default resolution is different from the default resolution of the widescreen monitor (1366x768) which I am using. As a result, the ubintu login screen does not fit in the monitor and I am able to see only a part of the ubuntu desktop screen. I tried to adjust the screen size manually through the monitor external buttons. But I am not able to see the whole screen. I believe it is some kind of graphic card compatibility problem, but I am not able to solve it.
My system is a Dell optiplex 990 series desktop with a widescreen of 15 inches screen. Kindly suggest me as to what to do
