Moving Loads / CODE ASTER or OPEN FOAM or others?!

Hi all,

one of my future goal is to realize a transient analysis of a mechanical model
as subjected to pressure blast of passing traffic ("moving pressure blast")

Reaction (stresses and deformations) of the mechanical system under the passing
wave pressure is of interest.

My question to the specialists of you:

Would it be "enough" to realize this in CODE ASTER or would it be
more effective to do such in OPEN FOAM or any other solver?
