Motorcycle tutorial example will not run again

Motorcycle tutorial example will not run again was created by Chris Pollard
Running blockMesh on /home/chris/OpenFOAM/chris-2.0.1/run/motorBike
Running snappyHexMesh on /home/chris/OpenFOAM/chris-2.0.1/run/motorBike
Running potentialFoam on /home/chris/OpenFOAM/chris-2.0.1/run/motorBike
Running simpleFoam on /home/chris/OpenFOAM/chris-2.0.1/run/motorBike
So I ran the motorcycle tutorial with Allrun and then used Allclean to clear out the generated data. When I now run Allrun I get the output above but it doesn't seem to do anything. It doesn't start generating a mesh.
All the log files say "command not found". Presumably there is an environmental variable missing
