dynamik meshe for a moving piston

Hello,

I think about the idea to step into the world of CAE Linux users. I made some of the salome, saturn and code astor tutorials. Now I would like to create a model of a piston that moves in a cylinder (four stroke engine). Is there anybody who can tell me, if it is possible to use salome and saturn for such a task? Is openFOAM able to solve such tasks? Which solver is better for this problem? I have red that you need dynamic meshes

Maybe some of you has solved such task with saturn or openFOAM and can tell me how I can built up the model.
