TUTORIAL: How to compile CALCULIX in Ubuntu, in multi-thread or multi-core was created by Sebastian Rodriguez
Hi guys.
Recently I've been working on some high-resource analisys with CALCULIX, developing multiple complex contact analisys. In order to maximmize the productivity of the process I decided to compile CALCULIX in multi-thread mode. The documentation about how to do this is already in the web and many of you interested in the topic may have already done this, but for those who doesn't, I want to share the tutorial I just made to help in this task.
You may want to change the language (spanish) in the Goolge Translate widget on the right = sebastiangnu.blogspot.com/2011/07/como-i...ix-23-en-ubuntu.html
Well ther is no sense on use a multi-core computer for FEA, if you can just use one core.
Bye
