Polyflow equivalent was created by alyrian
Hi,

I've been trying to find a Polyflow equivalent code to model extrusion processes including viscoelastic fluids.

If anybody knows of one or a way of modifying some existing code, I'll appreciate it.

Thanks

Hi,

if you use OpenFOAM 1.5-dev you have all the viscoelastic Modells you might want to use. But take care the vanilla Version by OpenCFD does not offer the same capabilaties!

read more on this thread
www.cfd-online.com/Forums/openfoam-solvi...lasticfluidfoam.html

latest 1.5-dev can be checked out using subversion
svn co openfoam-extend.svn.sourceforge.net/svnr...m-extend/trunk/Core/

But you can use the precompiled Debian Packages found here
launchpad.net/~cae-team/+archive/ppa as well

to view 1.5-dev openfoam-extend.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/openfoam-extend/
