code saturne

hi all,

i've been trying to go throu an tutorial for Saturne

but as i reach the end and click process i get:
"ERREUR DE COMPILATION OU D'EDITION DE LIENS"

the tutorial is here:

i've had a lot of trouble to install saturne.
and i am not sure its running correctly.
is there a check procedure?

and as anyone gonne throu this tutorial and completed it??

Are you using the pre-version of Code_Saturne 1.4 distributed with the current CAELinux, or a different version from www.code_saturne.org or code-saturne.info ?

In your case directory structure's RESU subdirectory, you should find a compil.log.<date_time> file, which will contain more info on the error you encountered. Could you post it (I probably won't have the chance of logging to this forum before next Monday, but I can look after that). Otherwise, send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., either directly with your question, or better, to request an account on the main Code_Saturne forum at code-saturne.info, where you may get a faster response (We Code_Saturne developpers mainly check that forum, and there is also quite a bit of activity on the University of Manchester's forum, but we only check the CAElinux, cfd-online, and SALOME forums occasionally).
