examples (or info) of Dynela and MBDyn? was created by Pei-Ying Hsieh
Hi,
I did a quick search on Dynela and could not find anything. Can someone post its website?
Also, is there any info on MBDyn? Can it import geometry/mesh from Salome?
Thanks!

Hi,
DynEla is developed by Olivier Pantalé (France) and is available on his personnal website: pantale.free.fr/ (all in French, sorry)
MBDyn is mostly developed at Polytecnico di Milano, and its website is: www.mbdyn.org/
The software is dedicated to Multibody Dynamics and thus can work either on basic structural or actuator elements (beams, joints...) or with flexible bodies (modal basis). Its input is a text file with its own synthax, but there are also some interfaces with Blender (model generation and analysis) or with Code-Aster / Nastran for modal basis exchange. Mbdyn can also model coupled aero-structural problems with the help of aerofoil elements.
